Concert: ONE

ONE is a new performance that evolves organically to inhabit bars, museums, concert halls and arts spaces around the UK.

ONE is specially shaped in response to the instruments, architecture and location of the IABF.

ONE blends improvisation and newly-composed music by Claudia Molitor, Jacob Thompson-Bell, Dan Kidane and Michael Betteridge.

ONE is brought to life by pianist/keyboardist Ben Gaunt with visuals by artist Debbie Sharp.

ONE is a single entity. ONE is many connected entities. ONE is fixed in advance. ONE is created in the moment.

ONE is created by composer and producer Jacob Thompson-Bell, supported using public funding by the national lottery through Arts Council England, and is part of the composer-curator programme from Sound and Music, the national charity for new music.
