Film screening: SICK! Festival, The Special Need/It’s Alright I’m Awesome

The Special Need: Enea is 29 and looking for love – physical love that is. But as an autistic person living in Italy, this is anything but easy. What started as an expedition aimed at having sex soon becomes a journey in Enea’s most intimate feelings and a way for the three friends to explore their own conception of love, friendship and freedom. It’s Alright I’m Awesome: Luc is a wrestling maniac. He may be half the size of the opposition, but he’s not going to let that, or his iconic cowboy hat, stop him winning the bout. The screening will be followed by a discussion with members of Oska Bright. Oska Bright is the world’s first and only festival of short films made by people with learning disabilities.
