A Body of Words brings together academics and creative writers who explore body image in their work – selfies, eating disorders, the body in grief and celebration, concepts of beauty and altered image.

These events will set creative practitioners and researchers in dialogue. Confirmed speakers include Andrew McMillan (author of ‘physical’), Dr Anne Burns, Dr Muzna Rahman (MMU) and Dr Angelica Michelis (MMU).
