The Archive of Dread:
Documented tales of monsters, possession and the living dead.

In late 2019 Robert Lloyd Parry inherited the contents of a flat belonging to a dead man that he’d never met. The property was full boxes, which were themselves stuffed with chilling documents: letters, diaries, newspaper cuttings, notebooks, postcards… Filed in disarray, they all told impossible tales of terror. He’d like to share some of these with you now, in this gripping new storytelling show.

Come, hear what lies within the archive of dread…

Robert Lloyd Parry of Nunkie Theatre is a performance storyteller specializing in supernatural literature and science fiction. He is best known for his shows based on the ghost stories of M R James.

***** Wonderful, magical storytelling. A pleasing reminder that the spoken word can be as spine-chilling as anything in the cinema.”
The Daily Mail

“Lloyd Parry [is] one of the country’s most idisyncratic and underrated performers…”
The Times Literary Supplement
