Exhibitions. New writing. Concert commissions. Academic research. Public events, in venues and online. And at the core of everything, preserving and promoting our extensive Anthony Burgess archive.
Your donation to the Burgess Foundation supports our mission to promote the life and work of Anthony Burgess in so many ways.
We are delighted to announce that Graham Foster has joined the Burgess Foundation to undertake a post-doctoral fellowship, funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council and in collaboration with Manchester Metropolitan University.
During his time researching in the Burgess Foundation archive, Graham will produce blog posts, podcasts and articles, and will also curate an exhibition. Particular areas of interest will be Burgess’s relationship with Shakespeare, his work on dystopias, and his collaborations with Stanley Kubrick.
Graham has recently completed his doctoral studies on the writing of David Foster Wallace, and specialises in 20th century Anglo-American fiction. He can be contacted on firstname.lastname@example.org and will be happy to answer any questions about his work.
