Visiting Us:

The Anthony Burgess Foundation is located in Manchester’s university quarter, a few minutes’ walk from Oxford Road train station and Manchester Metropolitan University.

The building is open for audience events and pre-booked archive visits. The licenced bar opens during public events only.

Many of our staff work remotely, so it is always worth emailing rather than phoning. Full contact details are here.

The building is wheelchair accessible, with an access toilet on the ground floor. If you have particular mobility requirements, please contact us in advance or speak to a member of staff.
