Get ready for a night of bold, high-energy fun as Elision bring their signature sound to Manchester.

Elision is a 15-piece contemporary a cappella group whose members travel from around the UK to rehearse and perform together.

Founded in March 2022 by university friends who wanted to further their passion for group singing, Elision aims to bring together some of the best voices in the thriving UK a cappella scene to produce the next generation of exciting vocal music.

The group’s members draw on a variety of musical backgrounds to combine their experience in performing, vocal arranging, and production. This, together with a dynamic sound setup and innovative live mixing, allows the group to deliver their characteristically energetic brand of contemporary pop covers and originals.

Following the success of their CARA nominated debut EP Sign Here, Elision has continued to produce content from TikToks to live ‘Vocal Room’ sessions and music videos, with their original Christmas single How Christmas Used To Be, being nominated for the 2025 a cappella video awards. The group’s live performances have included a variety of showcases and private events including an appearance at the V&A museum. In June 2024, the group was awarded the Tobias Hug scholarship and invited to attend the Black Forest Voices Festival in Kirchzarten, Germany, where they received mentorship from industry professionals, including former members of The Real Group and The Swingle Singers.
