Alongside extensive conservation work, creative reuse projects and regular community engagement alongside extensive conservation work, creative reuse projects and regular community engagement, it has reimagined the wider estate as a catalyst for positive change in South Yorkshire.

This RIBA North West talk will be given by Sarah McLeod OBE, CEO of the WWPT (Wentworth Woodhouse Preservation Trust) and Daniel Elkington AABC, Associate at Donald Insall Associates and project architect for various schemes across the estate.

They will discuss the wider architectural mission for the collection of historic buildings, focusing on how social value has played a key role in Wentworth’s success story.

The talk will include the Europa Nostra winning Grade II* listed Camellia House, adaptive reuse of the Grade I listed stable block and the multiple ongoing projects at the magnificent Palladian mansion.

Food will provided as part of the ticket price and the venue will host a bar for the evening.
